In March 2014, Itkowitz PLLC represented a real estate company that completed the flip of a $2M condo in the heart of Park Slope Brooklyn.  Jay B. Itkowitz represented the real estate company from the purchase, through a substantial renovation, and at the sale.  Jay was able to obtain an agreement in the transaction for the purchaser to pay 50% of transfer tax, an unusual benefit.
