The Police Benevolent Association of the City of New York (“PBA”) sought to enjoin the City of New York and the Police Department from promulgating more stringent requirements for police officers who were “chronically sick.” The PBA alleged that the City was required to “consult” with the PBA before implementing the more stringent requirements. The Court dismissed the PBA case and granted summary judgment to the City. Link to Full Text of Decision
