On June 6, 2003, Partner Michelle A. Maratto was part of a Practicing Law Institute panel presenting a continuing legal education seminar on commercial leasing. Michelle’s portion was entitled “Enforcement Remedies and Default — Special Issues.”

On March 6, 2003, the we gave a presentation entitled “Remedies Roadmap: Lease Drafting Considerations Regarding Default Clauses,” sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, Real Property Section, Commercial Leasing Committee.

On April 26, 2002, Partner Michelle A. Maratto was a faculty member at a continuing legal education presentation presented by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, entitled “Introduction to the Deal: What’s Involved With a Commercial Real Estate Lease Transaction?” Michelle’s presentation was on “Remedies on Default.”
