182 Misc.2d 917 (App. Term 1st Dept. 11/4/99)

Court held that landlord had the right to maintain a surveillance camera situated in the hallway outside of tenant’s door in non-primary residence case, and that with the exception of proceedings for the enforcement of housing standards and applications for certain provisional remedies, the New York City Civil Court may not grant injunctive relief.  Link to Full Text of Decision
