Resolution of a Dispute for Rents in Excess of $110k per Month — Net Lease, Hotel Development, Rent Commencement Date Dispute

Itkowitz PLLC successfully resolved a dispute for rents in excess of $110k per month on behalf of a Landlord who had net leased a large facility to a hotel developer. The dispute centered around the rent commencement date, in which the tenant was seeking an additional abatement of over $1.5 million dollars. In the end, landlord and tenant were happy and the development proceeded.
